Don't do it
Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Commerce Bank's bad customer service cost me nearly $762 over the period of a month - I handed over (foolishly) an insurance check to them which they never got back to me. Each time I called them to ask where it was or what had happened, they promised to call me back - which they never did. When I called corporate on 4/26/2012, they informed me all of their systems were down so nothing was working - they couldn't even look up my name. Completely unhelpful as an organization, I wouldn't trust your money, your loans or anything else with them.
Waited 13 minutes in the drive thru lane.
They have helped in ways 4 other local banks wouldn't. Especially PNC
No one else in line, claimed to be so slammed they couldn't get to me for 10 minutes.
Horrible customer service.
