I want to sing the praises of Bryan Brown at Enterprise Car Sales in Manchester. Our family car had been struck by a negligent driver and totaled, and we needed to buy another car rather quickly. My mother has been ill and she could not be going to several different dealers and/or deal with pushy salesmen trying to make their monthly nut. We did some research on the kinds of vehicles we wanted to look at and went to Enterprise because I had had such great experiences with them when renting cars. Enterprise is one of the few truly exemplary companies with excellent service and reasonable rates, consistently. Bryan listened to what we were looking for and was very sympathetic to our situation. He showed us the cars we wanted to see, suggested other similar vehicles, and had a few cars transported from other dealers to his location in Manchester. Bryan did not attempt to sell us anything as much as fulfill our needs for the price range we had established.
We picked a Ford Escape that upon purchase developed a leak deep within in the A/C system (a draining hose that was hard to find was the culprit)--Enterprise stood behind this car and gave us a free rental while they had the car fixed. The general manager, Rick, was also extremely helpful and diligent in making sure this car was properly fixed. Suntrup Ford did a lousy job on the first try to fix so I cannot recommend them for anything but a headache but Enterprise then took the car to Bo Bueckman Ford and they fixed the car to our satisfaction. Our car runs great with no further issues. I highly recommend going to Enterprise Car Sales in Manchester --and ask for Bryan Brown--he will take good care of you.
The Manchester location appeared very upscale. The Car Sales team never felt like they were pushy. The Car Sales Consultant Bryan Brown was exceptional in listening to what vehicle I wanted and was very accommodating to my changing wants. I did have some trouble with the Financing Department which was resolved by the location's manager the following week. All in all I found the exact car I wanted at the exact price I wanted.
My husband and I just bought our second auto from Enterprise Car Sales in Manchester, MO. It was just as nice of an experience as it was the first time. The salesperson was fantastic. He listened to what we wanted and scanned all their inventory. He gave us some options we had not even considered. The finance people were great too. We are very happy with both vehicles! We would definately recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent used vehicle.
Great place as a first time buyer! Each salesperson was very knowledgeable about various types of vehicles and models and worked with my budget to find a car that I can now be proud to call my own!
