If Lisa still worked here, I'd say ask for Lisa! I've followed her from salon to salon because she's great! It's hard to find someone who can cut and style long hair the right way and she definitely can! She's fun and she talks to you the entire time :)
I loved my experience here. It was my first time going to a fantastic sams. I barely had a wait, I may have sat down for 3 minutes at most. There was no small talk with the lady I had, which I preferred. My haircut was done right with no rushing. She was very detailed and measured if the length all around was correct. I could tell she knew what she was doing. I will come here again for sure!
Ok in a pinch... Very hit or miss depending on the luck of the draw. They don't accept coupons in digital form. (Even their own.) Coupons and rewards tend to arrive by e-mail the day after a cut and generally expire sooner than a cut might be due. I have taken my son a few times for convenience, but even he's over it.
Used to come here for every haircut I got because it is so close to my house, always had a good experience. Last time I was in had a man cut my hair who literally just went off on a 15 minute tangents talking about all sorts of things. He was from Ferguson and talked a ton of crap about Michael Brown, protesters, Black Lives Matters, and mentioned he thinks the protesters are going to get run over, and then added that maybe they should (and no one brought it up - he just started talking about it for no reason). Disturbing haircut that has prevented me from returning. If you get your haircut here, don't get it cut by that dude, unless you want to be super uncomfortable and listen to him spew hate for 15 minutes.
