Customer service is BAD. I don't feel comfortable when the lead on the line ROLLS her eyes and makes you feel bad for being there--- because they were busy... Happened twice. Tried to reach out to the owner through corporate-- since I would want to know and retrain my people to good customer service...

I have yet to go in a jimmy John's that wasnt freaky fast and friendly. Can't go wrong. Honestly they get my food to me before I'm done putting my money away

I like the sandwiches here. But I recently went here and had a very unsettling experience. I tried to pay with a gift card I recently got for christmas and I have no idea how those things work. Apparently you have to call them to check the balance or something thats fine. Well when it wouldnt process the payment the guy at the cashier whips the sandwich from my hand that he just gave me and called his managers name loudly. The manager just talked me and I paid in cash no big deal but I was just like jesus what do you think im just gna run away with it... Just kinda rude and off putting. The manager should have realized that. Prolly wont be back.
